There are sane ways to get through the day and it begins by letting go of a lot of unnecessary thoughts that make us feel busier than we are. It's time for some mama Zen.
There is a well known Zen Verse which reads: "Before enlightenment, I would carry water and chop wood. After I became enlightened, I carry water, and chop wood.” Mine would read: Before enlightenment, I woud carry a child and saw logs. After enlightenment, I would saw logs and the child would carry me.
